I'm trying to learn how to design my own header and layout so bear with me! Has anyone ever used Paint.NET for digital design? It's a Microsoft .NET application and it's free. It has a lot of the same applications as Photo Shop but it's not as massive and involved. I downloaded it and will try to work with that. I'll let you know how it goes. If you have any experience with it I'd like to know what you think.
