What in the world?!
1. So...Meredith can't die because it's her show, but if she did it would be the most amazing risk a producer's ever taken. I think the attendings will announce her time of death and then the residents will bring her back. Having her survive this with no major problems would be very unrealistic so maybe she'll have brain damage or something.
2. Seeing the coach from Friday Night Lights (aka the bomb squad guy) and Denny was great, as was Meredith's reaction.
3. Izzie's little "I believe" speech was a waste of time and air. I'm mad about her assertion that Callie and George are a huge mistake.
4. George leaving Callie's operating room--hilarious!

I think you should understand why I was having a heart attack when I called you.
I totally agree with you about Izzie's comments! She was over the line. Derek looked so sad and it was so touching when Mark went and sat next to him.

Well I couldnt take it and already read the spoiler on the internet.
Ok...I just had a chance to watch it and Meredith can't die! It is her show, right? Izzie's comment was unnecessary--even Jonathan asked "did she really just say that?" Can't wait until next week!
She wont die(I hope)......and I was mad about Izzys lil speach as well. I thought the part with the drill was cool, though! I can't wait till next week!!
I thought Izzie's speech was over the top ridiculous. She's all emotional with her "I believe..." series--and then she states so dramatically "I believe that when I eat a tub of butter and no one sees, the calories don't count." *tears up* Give me a break. A tub of butter is the same as believing Meredith will pull through this and Denny is always with her? That was some poor writing there.
Can't wait for tomorrows Grey's night. Ashley snooped around and thinks she knows what is going to happen. You know Ashley. She can never wait for a surprise. I can't believe what a big boy you are raising now! He is so adorable and happy. We are anxiously awaiting Ashley's baby girl who I call Possum because she won't tell me her name.
It is on TONIGHT and I can't wait! I think that Meredith will survive through a miracle. This is why - I remembered the opening monalogue from the first episode of this series - Meredith was in the bathtub and McDreamy pulled her out. Well in this monalogue she said that some times there are medical miracles - ones where a person has a tumor and then the doctor opens them up and there is nothing to be found. I think she is going to be the miracle. I know it is crazy - she should have some kind of damage - brain, etc. But we will see. I can't wait!
