Fun With a Stethoscope
My weekly baby email told me that one can start hearing the heartbeat with just a stethoscope in month six. Lucky us to have a few extras laying around! So, Andy commenced to his "doctorin'" and stuck the scope to my belly. Could we hear the heartbeat? No, but it probably had something to do with the fact that every time Andy would push the scope onto my belly Charlie would kick it! It was so funny. I pictured my UFC guys (Ultimate Fighting Championship--my guilty pleasure) punching and kicking their workout bags.
Ok, this is not the original version of this post, but this weekend I told Andy that I would use better filters with my posts. My original version obviously had loose filters, so this is the edited version!

I made Cody listen with the stethoscope all the time and we never could hear the heartbeat for sure. Sometimes we thought we might could, but not like the other machines out there. Even now I can't hear it. I think it is a myth.
It was always such a wonderful feeling to have someone with me.That feeling always outweighed the negative things about being pregnant. There is no other feeling like it. I can't wait to meet Charlie, even though he will still be tucked away in his warm safe place enjoying listening to the beat of you loving heart Amy. He knows how much he's loved already.
